wonderful family holiday
attentive staff clean suites plentiful sunbeds
staff were attentive and worked hard to maintain cleanliness. the suites provided plenty of room and included useful amenities like tea and coffee facilities a microwave and a fridge. sunbeds were plentiful around the pools, allowing easy relaxation.
the non-live music during meals could improve to be more fitting or quieter

impolite staff missing hotel details
the rooms were spacious with a split layout that helped a lot with our daughter
some staff members were impolite and disrespectful upon arrival there was no warm greeting and details about the hotel were absent i was given keys the lifeguard shooed me away from the towels and told me to go to reception for one also asking for a coke from the dispenser at breakfast brought hostility but a head waiter intervened though the coke was dropped angrily on the table

The pools were a hit with my children. They especially enjoyed the shallow areas. I found the food selection to be broad (the chef prepared steak to order one evening!). The staff were always friendly and greeted us warmly.

outdoor pools friendly staff meal choices limited snacks missing hoist pool access
the outdoor pools were great for young kids!!! we travelled with my three children. all the staff were friendly and helpful. breakfast, lunch and dinner had lots of choices for everyone.
the day time snacks were limited. they only had crisps, biscuits and sandwiches. there was no hoist into the pool. i found that disappointing.

large suites good value wide range of food
The suites are notably large and well designed. All inclusive deal offered very good value. I found the food to be excellent and available in a wide range. The room included tea and coffee making facilities. a microwave and fridge, so it was easy to prepare some meals for myself.
The hotel location is a bit outside the center. The pine walk into town took about 20 minutes.
